Can I view and control the camera from my browser?
Yes, you can. Simply log on at www.vimtag.com
Can I log into camera and change the settings?
Yes. Simply press and hold the camera list and make adjustments under the “Settings” option.
Can I manage more than one camera on my account?
Yes. Log into your private account and click the icon on the top right corner of the phone or your Internet browser. Click “Add Device” and enter the camera’s ID. You can manage several cameras on your account.
How many cameras can I add to my account?
Our system default allows you to add up to 32 cameras. However, customer service can assist you in adding additional cameras to your account.
What is the default resolution on the camera?
The default resolution is 640×360. To change the resolution, log into your vimtag account and select the icon on the top right. Here you will find the option to change the resolution of the camera.
My Network has been changed and my camera is showing offline?
Connect the camera to your router with the Ethernet cable, in about a minute the camera should come online, select the Camera go to >Settings >Network, select "wifi", on the page select your network name put in the password and hit "Apply" on the bottom of the page, wait 2 minutes, (and the left indicating light in front of the camera should turn green).
Disconnect the Ethernet cable and wait two minutes, you should have a live feed and you could place the camera where you want it.
My Camera is showing locked ?
Enter the default password admin (all lower case) then follow the prompts.
